 The right of erasure or ‘the right to be forgotten’ means that our users can request the deletion or removal of their personal data where there’s no compelling reason for us to keep processing it.

 The users of our Services have the right to ‘block’ or suppress further use of their personal data. When processing is restricted, it means that we can still store their personal data, but may not process it further.

  • Our servers and databases which contain our user’s information are protected according to the industry standards and with technical security solutions for example password protection, firewall, full database encryption, access control etc.
  • We also ensure that our systems are backed up and data may be restored when needed.

  • Also in case of security breach, we may report directly to the users affected.
  • We may also temporarily close our Services to protect your personal information.

Retention of data

We keep your personal information in accordance with current legislation and only for as long as needed. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. 

For example, we delete automatically your user account if you haven’t logged in to our services for the last 12 months. Your information will be deleted automatically also from our service backups after a certain time period. These backups are protected using multiple technical implementations like encryption.  

  • Some of the user created content may remain visible after the end of the customer relationship, for example the public comments you made on our service.
  • Some information may also be kept due to accounting, communications, or other compelling legislation after the end of the customer relationship.

If you created a user account in our service, you can delete it from the service user menu.

When this privacy policy applies

This Privacy Policy applies to this web site applied by but excludes third parties services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals for example sites linked from our services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other organizations or companies who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads

Changes

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. When we make changes to our Privacy Policy, you will need to accept new policies when signing in to the service for the next time.
